摘要
目的 :研究慢性染铅对大鼠肾脏SOD活力、MDA含量的影响 ,探讨SOD、MDA在铅中毒中的变化。方法 :SOD含量采用亚硝酸盐显色法 ,MDA测定采用硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)法。结果 :低剂量染铅大鼠肾脏SOD活性在 30天以后低于对照组 (P <0 0 5) ,高剂量染铅组SOD活性 1 4天后明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。高剂量染铅组大鼠肾脏MDA含量在 30天后明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5) ,低剂量组 60天后高于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :慢性染铅过程中 ,肾脏SOD活性随染铅时间延长逐渐降低 。
Objective:To investigate the changes of super oxide dixmutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the kidney of rats exposed to excess lead following the time,and explore the effects of Lead on the Kidney.Methods:SOD activity in the kidney was measured by nitrat coloration and MDA content by TBA method.Results:Compared with control group,the activity of SOD in the kidney was markedly lower in low-dose group after 30 days exposure,and 14 days in high-dose group( P <0 05).MDA content in the kidney of control group was significantly lower than the high-dose group after 30 days.Conclusion:During chronic lead poisoning,lead poisoning results in the decrease of SOD activity and the increase of MDA content as time goes by.
