摘要
目的 分析乳腺实质性肿块的高频声像图特征,评价其在良恶性鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 回顾性分析77例93个乳腺实质性肿块的声像国特征。分析内容包括形态、边界、边缘、回声类型、内部结构、后方透声、周围组织情况等方面;并对各指标做出统计学分析和临床评价。结果 声像图特征中,与良性病变关系密切的依次是:明亮细薄假包膜、内部高回声、形态规则、长径/前后径>1.4、边界清晰。与恶性病变关系密切的依次是:周围高回声环、多个分叶、内部微钙化、微小分叶、长径/前后径≤1.4、后方回声降低、内部回声不均匀、这些声像图特征在良恶性之间对比均有显著差异(p<0.05)结论 乳腺良恶性肿块在声像图上各有特征表现,对鉴别诊断有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the sonographic features of breast nodules and evaluate their values in the differential diagnosis of breast nodules. Methods Seventy- seven patients with 93 breast nodules were reviewed and analyzed.The observation included shape, borde, margin, echotexture, internal echo pattern, retotumoral acoustic phenomena and surrounding tissues. Results Among the features the bright thin pseduomembrane, hyperechoic type, regular shape, longitudinal - transverse axis ratio >1.4and define border were the characteristics of bening nodules. The hyperechoic halo, lobularity,micro calcification,spiculated margins,longitudinal - transverse axis ratio≤1.4,posterior shadowing and inho-mogeneous internal echo pattern were the characteristics of malignant nodule, which were arranged according to their pertinence. All these features were founded to be statistically significant p < 0.05) . Conclusion Benign venous malignant breast nodules showed their characteristics respectively on ultrasonographic imagines which were crucial to the diagnosis.
