摘要
目的 :观察大鼠全身骨矿密度 (BMD)和骨矿含量 (BMC)与体重 (BW )和月龄 (MO)的关系。方法 :利用DEXA人前臂骨密度软件测定 4、8和 2 0月龄雌性SD大鼠全身BMD、BMC和骨投影面积 (AREA )。在SPSSforWindows统计软件上进行BMD、BMC和AREA对BW的一元直线回归 ,和对BW、MO的二元直线回归 ,并作偏相关分析等。结果 :BMD、BMC和AREA与BW及MO的二元直线回归方程 :BMD =0 .179+ 0 .0 0 0 196BW (克 ) -0 .0 0 0 680MO(月 ) g/cm2 ,复相关系数r =0 .711;BMC =3 .472+ 0 .0 13 7BW -0 .0 0 912MOg ,r =0 .92 5 ;AREA =2 2 .66+ 0 .0 3 0 2BW -0 .13 9MOcm2 ,r =0 .92 2。偏相关分析表明BMD与BW中度正相关 (R =0 .63 4) ,与MO弱负相关 (R =-0 .2 5 8) ;BMC与BW高度正相关 (R =0 .82 5 ) ,与MO无明显相关性 (R =0 .0 91) ;AREA与BW高度正相关 (R =0 .73 9) ,与MO弱正相关 (R =0 .42 7)。结论 :大鼠体重对BMD和BMC均有明显影响 ,月龄只对BMD有轻度影响 ,对BMC无明显影响。
Objective: To investigate the correlation of whole body bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral content (BMC) with body weight (BW) and month old (MO) in female rats. Methods: BMD, BMC and AREA of 4, 8 and 20 month old female rats were detected with human forearm software in Lunar DEXA. The relationships of BMD, BMC and AREA with both BW and MO were analyzed with univariate or binary linear regression and partial correlation in SPSS for windows. Results: The equations of binary linear regression of BMD and AREA with BW and MO: BMD=0.179+0.000196*BW(g)-0.000680*MO(month)g/cm 2, multiple correlation coefficient r=0.711; BMC=3.472+0.0137*BW-0.00912*MOg, r=0.925; AREA=22.66+0.00302*BW-0.139*MOcm 2, r=0.922. There were middle positive correlation between BMD and BW (partial R=0.634), lower negative correlation between BMD and MO (R=-0.258); strong positive correlation between BMC and BW (R=0.825), and no correlation between BMC and MO (R=0.091); strong positive correlation between AREA and BW (R=0.739), and lower correlation between AREA and MO (R=0.427). Conclusion: Rat body weight has significantly effect both on BMD and BMC, while month old only slightly effect on BMD, and no effect on BMC.
