肥胖儿童的主观生活质量及心理影响的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of subjective life quality and psychologic effect on obesity children

①目的 探讨肥胖儿童可能存在的心理及行为问题。②方法 对肥胖儿童及正常儿童进行艾森克个性测验及主观生活质量问卷调查,统计各量表得分。③结果 EPQ测试显示肥胖儿童E量表得分明显低于健康儿童,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。主观生活质量问卷:肥胖儿童在与同伴交往、自我认知、抑郁体验方面得分较低,总体满意度较低,两组比较有显著差异。④结论 肥胖儿童存在不同程度的心理及行为问题,因此,应对其进行心理咨询和疏导,引导其健康成长。

Objective To observe the psychological and behaviour problem existed in obesity children. Methods Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) and subjective life quality are investigated in obesity and normal children, then statistics the scores. Results ①EPQ test shows that the score of E scales is lower than that of health children, it has significant difference (P<0. 01).②The score of subjective life quality obesity children was lower in companion contacts ,self-recognization and depression practice, and the total degree of satisfaction is lower,also the difference is significant. Conclusion Obesity children have different degree of psychological and behaviour problem.
