实行供应链管理是企业降低物流成本的最佳策略 ,针对供应链上库存管理存在的问题 ,对牛鞭效应进行分析 ,提出了降低牛鞭效应的措施 ,即采用VMI、联合库存管理、第三方物流供应商来进行供应链的库存管理 ,以实现最大限度降低物流成本的供应链管理目标。

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the best strategy for enterprise to decrease its costs of logistics. In order to solve the inventory problems in the Supply Chain Management, the author analyzes the Bullwhip Effect and sets forth the measures of decreasing it, i.e. introducing the SCM' inventory management to attain the goal of lowering the costs of logistics.
