The non-antibiotic effects of tetracycline and its chemically modified derivatives

摘要 本文综述了四环素及其化学修饰物对酶、细胞因子、一氧化氮系统及骨组织等方面非抗生素作用的研究进展 ,提示了该类化合物在炎症性疾病和肿瘤的治疗方面具有较为广阔的应用前景。 The non_antibiotic effects of tetracycline and its chemically modified derivatives on enzymes, cytokines, nitric oxide system, and the bone tissue were summarized.These chemicals may provide therapeutic efficacy in a variety of inflammatory diseases and cancers.
