哮喘患儿外周血CD25与IFN-γ的水平变化及其相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】探讨哮喘患儿外周血分化群 (CD) 2 5与IFN γ的水平变化及其两者在急性发作期的相互关系。【方法】应用流式细胞仪 (FCM)检测发作期、缓解期和正常小儿外周血的CD2 5 + 细胞数 ,应用生物素 亲合素双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附分析术 (ABC ELISA)测定IFN γ水平。【结果】哮喘缓解期CD2 5 + 细胞数 (4 13± 2 2 0 ) %和正常对照组 (4 11± 1 82 ) %比较无显著性差异 ,P >0 0 5 ,哮喘发作期CD2 5 + 细胞数 (8 6 1± 3 30 ) %显著高于正常对照组和缓解组 ,P <0 0 1。哮喘缓解期IFN γ(3 2 0± 1 11)显著低于对照组 (7 4 6± 1 92 ) ,P <0 0 1,哮喘发作期IFN γ(3 0 0± 1 31)显著低于正常对照组 ,P<0 0 1,哮喘缓解期IFN γ与发作期组无显著性差异 ,P >0 0 5。哮喘发作期CD2 5 + 细胞数与IFN γ有正相关性 ,r =0 81,P <0 0 1。【结论】发作期哮喘患儿外周血CD2 5 + 细胞数升高 ,而IFN γ降低 ,但CD2 5 + 细胞数与低水平的IFN γ有正相关性 ,在缓解期CD2 5 + 细胞数基本恢复至正常 ,但IFN To evaluate the changes and the correlation between peripheral blood CD25 and IFN γ levels in asthmatic children CD25 + cells were assayed by flow cytometric assay (FCM), and IFN γ levels were assayed by avidin biotin complex enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method (ABC ELISA) No significant difference in CD25 + cells level was found between the asthmatic subjects in remission stage (4 13±2 20)% and the control individuals (4 11±1 82)% (P>0 05), but CD25 + cell level (8 61±3 30)% was significantly higher in patients with acute attack than in the control individuals and the subjects in remission stage (P<0 01) IFN γ level of asthmatic children in acute attack (3 00±1 31) or in remission stage (3 20±1 11) was significantly lower than that of the control group(7 46±1 92) No significant difference in IFN γ existed between children in remission stage and in acute attack(P>0 05) Positive correlation between CD25 + cells and IFN γ level in acute attack was observed, r=0 81, P<0 01 [Conclusion] CD25 + cells level in peripheral blood of asthmatic children with acute attack is higher while IFN γ level is lower, but positive correlation between CD25 + cells and IFN γ level is observed In remission stage, CD25 + cells are normal, but IFN γ level is low
