伴乙型肝炎病毒感染的非霍奇金淋巴瘤16例

16 CASES NON-HODGKIN′S LYMPHOMA WITH HEPATITIS B VIRUS INFECTION

目的 :探讨乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染与非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)发病及临床特点的关系。方法 :应用 EL ISA法测定 NHL 患者确诊时的乙型肝炎病毒抗原抗体两对半。结果 :32例 NHL患者伴 HBV感染者 16例 (占 5 0 %) ,HBs Ag阳性者 6例 (占 18.8%) ,伴 HBV感染的 NHL 患者在化疗时肝功能异常发生率显著高于无 HBV感染的 NHL 患者。结论 :恶性淋巴瘤患者中 HBV感染远高于一般人群 ,HBV感染可能在 NHL 发病中起一定作用。伴 HBV感染的 NHL 患者在化疗时肝功能异常较常见 ,应予以充分的重视。

Objective:In order to study the pathogenesis and clinical features of non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma with hepatitis B virus infection.Methods:It is measured serum markers of HBV by ELISA technique in 32 NHL cases.Results:16 cases (50 %) had evidence of HBV infection,among which 5 cases (15.6 %) were positive for HBsAg.During chemotherapy,the frequence of liver dysfunction was higher in cases with HBV infection than that in cases without HBV infection.Conclusion:The prevalence of HBV infection was significantly higher in malignant lymphomas than general population,so it is possible that HBV infection play a role in the pathogenesis of NHL.Liver dysfuction was frequently occurred in cases of NHL patients with HBV infection during chemotherapy,we should pay attention to protecting liver fuction.
