粘质沙雷菌菌苗预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效观察

Observatiou of the Preventive Effect of Serratia Marcescens Vaccine on Relapse of Condyloma Accuminatum

目的 探讨粘质沙雷菌菌苗预防尖锐湿疣复发的作用及机理。方法 尖锐湿疣患者经微波治疗后肌注粘质沙雷菌菌苗。结果 3个月时 ,其复发率明显低于单纯用微波治疗的对照组。结论 粘质沙雷菌菌苗对尖锐湿疣的复发有预防作用 。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of serratia marcescens vaccine on relapse of condyloma accuminatum and its mechanism.Methods Giving the patients intramuscular injections of serratia marcescens vaccine after the treatments of the microwave instrument.Results Four months later,the difference of the relapse rate between the serratia marcescens vaccine treated group and the control group was significant.Conclusion Serratia marcescens vaccine has evidently preventive effect on preventing relapse of condyloma accuminatum,improvement of the immune system might play an important role in its mechanism.
