中医药治疗寻常性银屑病疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effects of TCM on Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的 探讨中医药治疗寻常性银屑病的有效性和安全性。方法 将 91例寻常性银屑病患者分成 2组。A组 5 0例 ,用中药 ,包括辨证论治口服及静脉滴注中药和外用普连膏。B组 41例 ,用中药加西药 ,中药口服煎剂同A组 ,西药为外用皮质类固醇激素药膏等。结果 A组治愈 2 7例 (5 4% ) ,显效 19例 (3 8% ) ,进步 4例 (8% ) ,总有效 46例(92 % )。B组治愈 2 1例 (5 1.2 2 % ) ,显效 6例 (14 .63 % ) ,进步 11例 (2 6.83 % ) ,无效 3例 (7.3 2 % )。总有效 2 7例 (65 .85 % )。但经Ridit检验 ,两组疗效差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,总有效率比较A组优于B组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 从疗效与危险因素两方面分析来看 ,尽早合理治疗银屑病是必要的 。

Objective To find the safety and efficiency for treating psoriasis vulgaris with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Meth ods We divided the 91 cases into two groups according to the different treatment method applied.50 cases in group A,treated by Chinese medicine only,including oral, intravenous dropping and topically.41 cases in group B,treated with both Chinese and western medicine.For Chinese medicine we used the oral herbs liquid according to the syndrome differention,Qing Kai Ling injection or Fu Fang Dan Sen injection intravenously and Pu Lian Gao topically.For western medicine,we used topical steroid mainly and some patients used oral prednisone or bimolance.Comparative analysis between this two groups was done.Results In Group A,27cases(54%)were cured,19 cases(38%)were remarkable effective,4cases(8%)were improved,the total effective cases were 46(92%).In Group B,21cases(51.22%)were cured,6 cases(14.63%)were remarkable effective,11 cases(26.83%)were improvement,no effective cases were 3 cases(7.32%),the total effective cases were 27cases(65.85%).The significant difference was shown statistically between two groups in the rate of effectiveness ( P <0.01).Group A was higher than that of Group B in the rate of remarkable effect and total effect.Conclusion Considering the rate of effectiveness to risk factor,it is necessary that earlier and suitable therapy in treating psoriasis vulgaris,the therapy using Chinese medicine only may be the ideal method.
