摘要
采用西药常规治疗加参麦注射液、复方丹参注射液静滴和汤药内服治疗本病 86例 ,并与单用西药治疗的 6 6例作对比观察 ,结果治疗组总有效率为 93.0 3% ,对照组总有效率为 86 .37%。PaO2 差值治疗组与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 1,PaCO2 两组比较 ,P >0 .0 5。
Western routine treatment with shenmai injection,composite Red Sage Injection and Chinese decoction were used for treating 86 cases of Chronic pulmonary heart disease as compared with 66 cases treated by chemical drugs.The results showed the total effecive rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 86.37% in the control group.The differential value of PaO 2 was significant in the treatment group as compared with the control group(P<0.01),but PaCO 2 was not significant(P>0.05)?
