摘要
目的 观察三七总皂甙 (血塞通 )对冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法 选择冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者 6 0例 ,随机分两组 ,分别予以血塞通和异舒吉 (二硝酸异山梨酯 )治疗 2周。结果 血塞通组血清一氧化氮含量明显增加 ,血清内皮素水平明显下降 ,与异舒吉组比较 ,两组差异无显著意义。结论 血塞通有效缓解冠心病不稳定性心绞痛临床症状与其改善血管内皮功能、扩血管作用有关。
Objective To observe the effects of Panax Notoginseng Saponins on endothelial function in patients with unstable angina.Methods 60 patients with unstable angina were divided into 2 groups randomly,and treated with Panax Notoginseng Saponins or Isoket respectively.Results The serum level of No increased significantly and the serum level of ET decreased significantly with Panax Notoginsong Saponins,which had no significant difference compared with those of Isoket group.Conclusion It has suggested that Panax Notoginseng Saponins could improve endothelial function and dilate blood vessel.And this activity may be factors contributing to mitigate the symptom of unstable angina.
