摘要
目的 探讨全营养混合液在外科患者中的应用价值。方法 2 6例外科胃肠道疾病患者给予全营养混合液。结果 患者的体重、血红蛋白、白蛋白、淋巴细胞数显著提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,同时安全性良好 ,未观察到不良反应或并发症。结论 外科胃肠疾病患者应用全营养混合液是安全有效的 ,它在改善患者机体的营养状况方面具有积极意义。
Objective To observe the clinical application of total nutrient mixture in surgery patients.Methods 26 surgery patients with gastroenteropathy received total nutrient mixture,then its effect and safety were observed.Results After the total nutrient mixture,the weight,Hb,albumin and lymphogte count were significantly increased(P<0.05).No side effects or complications of nutrient fluid were noted.Conclusion Surgery patients with gastroenteropathy for total nutrient mixture is safe and effective.It is beneficial to patients in aspect of the improvement of nutrition status.
