菏泽市医用X线放射工作者周围血象和免疫功能监测分析

Analysis on the peripheral hemogram and immune function of X-ray-exposed medical staffs in Heze.

目的 了解荷泽市放射工作者周围血象和免疫功能状况,为改进卫生防护措施,保护放射工作者健康提供科学依据。方法 对菏泽市医用X线放射工作者周围血象和免疫功能监测结果进行分析。结果 放射因素对血小板和血红蛋白影响不大,而对白细胞和免疫功能产生影响,可引起两者代偿性升高和失代偿性降低。部分年龄组、工龄组间的白细胞和免疫功能异常比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随年龄和工龄增加,出现波动趋势。存在代偿性升高和失代偿降低的现象。结论 为保护放射工作者的健康,应加强放射卫生防护和监督管理。特别是重点年龄组、工龄组的卫生防护。

[Objective] To learn the condition of peripheral hemogram and immune function of X-ray-exposed medical staffs in Heze,and to provide scientific basis for the work of protecting the health of the radiation-exposed staffs.[Methods] Peripheral hemogram and immune function of X-ray-exposed medical staffs in Heze were monitored and analyzed.[Results] The radiative elements can hardly affect blood platelet and hemoglobin,but can actually affect white blood cell and immune function by causing compensatory increase and decompensated decrease of the two.The ratio difference in white blood cell and immune function among some age groups has statistical significance.Compensatory increase and decompensated decrease were found in the aging group.[Conclusion] Preventive work should be strengthened in order to protect the radiation-exposed staffs.
