某外资企业员工职业健康教育需求的调查与分析

Investigation on the occupational health education in foreign-capital enterprises.

目的 了解外资企业员工对职业健康教育内容、形式等需求,并提出有关对策。方法 对深圳市某外资企业558名职工进行问卷式调查。结果 外资企业的员工认为职业健康教育应包括有关职业病防治法律、法规、生产环境中存在职业危害因素的种类及其对人体的不良作用等方面内容;图片、录像、电视广播是进行职业健康教育的好形式。结论 积极进行职业健康教育可以促进劳动卫生职业病防治工作的开展,达到事倍功半的效果。

[Objective] To study the current status of occupational health education in foreign-capital enterprises.[Methods] 558 members of staffs in foreign-capital enterprises were investigated by answering the questionnaires.[Results] The staffs maintain that the occupational health education should provide laws and rules on occupational diseases,occupational damaging elements and their negative effects on people.Pictures,videos and TV broadcasting are good ways to carry out this education.[Conclusion[ Occupational health education can improve the preventing work against labor hygienic and occupational diseases.
