中西医结合治疗绝经后妇女尿失禁80例临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis on curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in treating postmenopausal urinary incontinence.

目的 探讨妇复春胶囊联合中药治疗绝经后妇女尿失禁的临床效果。方法 妇复春胶囊每日1粒口服,中药隔日1剂水煎服,1个月为1疗程,第2个月复诊观察疗效。结果 治愈率为61.25％,总有效率为86.25％。结论 中西医结合治疗绝经后妇女尿失禁集中医、西医两方面的优点,其方法可行,疗效可靠,副作用小,具有推广应用价值。

[Objective] To study the clinical effect of integrated use of Fuchun capsule and traditional Chinese herbs in treating postmenopausal urinary incontinence.[Methods] The patients were asked to take one pill of Fuchun capsule every day,and one dose of Chinese herbs every other day.One month is a treating cycle.Reexamination was made after 2 months.[Results[ The cure rate was 61.25%,and the total effective rate was 86.25%.[Conclusion] This integrated therapy has both the western and Chinese advantages with reliable effect,therefore is worth spreading.
