摘要
AIM To establish a RP-HPLC method to measure puerarin in xiaokeping tablets. METHODS Hypersil C18 column with methanol-water (22∶78) as a mobile phase was used. The detective wavelength was 250 nm. RESULTS Puerarin sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 1.996 ~ 39.92 mg·L -1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The average recycling rate of the added sample was 101.62% (n=9) and RSD was 2.15%. CONCLUSION Method is simple, accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
