摘要
本文推导出适合试验研究的纯酶和微生物的抑制动力学模式。并就硫酸盐、亚硫酸盐和硫代硫酸盐对甲烷菌的抑制动力学模式进行了实验研究,分别得出它们的抑制动力学方程,求出了硫酸盐、亚硫酸盐、硫代硫酸盐对甲烷菌的临界抑制浓度。
The inhibition kinetic models of enzyme and microbe have been deduced, the inhibition kinetic models of sulfate, sulfite and thiosulfate for methanogenic bacteria through experiments have been studied and microbial inhibition kinetic equations have been obtained.
