肠胃清胶囊治疗慢性胃炎60例

TREATMENT OF 62 CASES OF CHRONIC GASTRITIS WITH CHANGWEIQING CAPSULE

目的 :观察自制中药肠胃清胶囊治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法 :根据《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的标准 ,采用自身前后对比的方法 ,对临床症状、体征及相关检查从中西医两个方面进行治疗前后对比。结果 :肠胃清胶囊对慢性胃炎的症状、体征有明显疗效 ,对胃黏膜镜下病变及组织学变化亦有明显的改善作用。结论 :肠胃清胶囊对偏热偏实型慢性胃炎具有明显疗效。临床观察中未发现毒性和不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of Changweiqing capsule(CWQC),a traditional Chinese drug, on chronic gastritis.Method:Clinic syndromes,signs and examination results of 60 patients were compared between pre treatment and post treatment.Result:The syndromes, gastroscopic pictures and pathologic changes were improved after treatment with CWQC.Conclusion:CWQC has marked effect on chronic gastritis differentiated as heat preference or dampness preference in traditional Chinese medicine.No side effects were found in clinics.
