糖络通对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠血液流变性的影响

INFLUENCE OF TANGLUOTONG ON HEMORRHEOLOGY IN RATS WITH DIABETIC PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY

目的 :观察糖络通对四氧嘧啶糖尿病 (DM )并发周围神经病变 (DPN )大鼠血液流变性的影响。方法 :用四氧嘧啶 180mg/kg皮下注射复制DPN大鼠模型 ,将血糖明显升高的大鼠按血糖高低随机分为模型组 ,糖络通高、低剂量组 ,并设正常大鼠作对照组。观察糖络通对并发DPN的大鼠血液流变性各参数的影响。结果 :糖络通能很好地改善大鼠不同切变率下全血表观黏度及血浆黏度 ,对高切、低切还原黏度 ,红细胞 (RBC)聚集指数都有良性作用 ;且能加速RBC电泳速度 ,降低血浆纤维蛋白原。结论 :有效改善血液流变性可能是糖络通防治DPN的机制之一。

Objective:To observe the effect of Tangluotong (TLT),a Chinese traditional prescription, on hemorrheology in diabetic mellitus (DM) rats complicated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Method: DM rat model was simulated by intracutaneous injection of tetraoxypyrimidine 180 mg/kg. The hyperglycemic rats were randomly divided into model group, high dosage of TLT group, low dosage of TLT group according to the level of blood glucose. The normal control group was simultaneously given. The effects of TLT on the hemorrheological parameters of rats complicated with DPN were observed. Result: TLT could significantly decreased whole blood surface viscosity and plasma viscosity, markedly regulate reduction viscosity, index of red blood cell (RBC) aggregation and index of RBC rigidity, accelerate the swimming velocity of RBC, reduce plasma fibrinogen. Conclusion: One of the mechanisms that TLT could prevented and treated DPN may be associated with the improvement of hemorrheology.
