目的研究影响复方茶碱片脆碎度的各种因素,为生产提供控制方法。方法根据QC理论,对生产过程进行人、机、物、法、环分析,找出主要影响因素。结果因素的不同水平对脆碎度的影响程度不同。结论原料的结晶、辅料、粘合剂、湿混合时间和压片机型号是影响脆碎度的主要因素。
