摘要
本文阐述了大气污染物总量控制的基本方法,内容包括:排放源数据,计算网络划分,污染源在网格中的安放,大气污染总量控制设计条件和方法,总量控制模型,计算参数选择,采样时间和衰减修正,模式的校准。最后介绍了总量控制优化模型。
In this paper, the basic method is discussed on total emission control (TEC). The main issues are as follows: data ef emission inventory, grid division, location of the emissien sources in the grid, the method and conditions to establish the TEC, the computer progam of the TEC, the selection of parameters, the modification of sampling time and the decay of pollutant, the correction of the TEC. Finally the optimum model of TEC is introduced.
