CD34^+细胞分选在异基因造血干细胞移植中的应用

摘要 CD34 +细胞分选可有效去除 T细胞 ,显著降低急慢性移植物抗宿主病 (GVHD)的发生率及严重度 ,对于植入率及疾病复发率无不良影响。随着 CD34 +细胞生物学特性研究的深入及其分离纯化技术的成熟 ,CD34 +细胞分选和移植的应用日益广泛 ,在拓宽供体来源 (HL A不全相合或半相合移植 )以及提高无关供体移植安全性等方面有良好的应用前景 ,但也存在着不少问题。本文就有关 CD34 +细胞移植中免疫活性细胞数量与移植效果、G- CSF(GM- CSF)和供体淋巴细胞输注的应用、移植并发症以及 HL A半相合 CD34 +细胞移植等问题作一综述。
