摘要
综述了TCNQ及其复合盐的合成方法,TCNQ复合盐型铝固体电解电容器的制造工艺,以及铝固体电解电容器用电解质──7,7,8,8-四氰基对苯二醌二甲烷(TCNQ)复合盐的研究进展。目前,高耐热TCNQ复合盐电解质已经研究成功。TCNQ复合盐型铝固体电解电容器已有引线式和片式两种类型。
Reviewed are the synthesis methods of 7,7,8,8tetracyanoquinodimethan (TCNQ) and its complex salt, the development in TCNQ complex salt as electrolyte used in solid aluminum electrolytic capacitors and the technology for manufacturing solid aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The TCNQ complex salt with high melting point as electrolyte used in solid aluminum capacitors have been developed. There are two kinds of solid aluminum electrolytic capacitors, chip type and lead type.
