上海城市综合竞争力薄弱环节研究

Research on Weakness of Shanghai Synthesis Competition

本文选取了国际大都市、亚太区域大城市和国内大城市等三个层面城市 ,从城市综合经济实力、综合服务功能、综合发展环境、综合创新环境、综合管理水平和市民综合素质等六个方面 ,与上海市进行综合比较 ,得出上海城市综合竞争力的九大薄弱环节 ,并提出了提升上海城市综合竞争力的对策与措施。

This paper compares Shanghai with some typical metropolis selected from three different sorts,i.e. world city,Asia Pacific city and Chinese city. Comparing factors include following six aspects:?synthetic economy strength,synthetic service function,synthetic development circumstance,synthetic innovation competence,synthetic management competence and resident synthetic quality. By comparison,this paper summarizes nine points of weakness about shanghai synthesis competition abilities. In the end,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve shanghai synthesis competition abilities.
