摘要
概述了熟料库的规模、工艺流程、库型和计算特点;统计分析了部分已建熟料库的用料指标,指出了优点和不足;提出了大直径熟料库的优化方案和计算方法。按本文方法设计大直径熟料库,可使库顶结构用钢量降低到30kg/m2以下,钢筋混凝土节省30%左右。
For cliner silos,a brief account on s ize,process flow,silo type and calculation are given in this paper.Statistica l analysis is also made on material consumption based on some existing clinker silos.The advantages and deficiency are pointed out here.The optimal design a nd calculation method for large diameter silos are provided by the author.Based on this,steel consumption for silo top structure is reduced to30kg /m 2 and about 30%reinforced concrete is saved.
