摘要 Nitrate Reductase (NR) is a rating-limit and key enzyme of nitrate assimilation in plants,so,NR activity is important for growth,development and the dry matter accumulation of plants.The regulation of NR activity appears to be rather complex and many studies have been devoted to the description of regulation and properties,but in this paper we focus on the properties and regulation of NR in higher plants.
