摘要
在选择好对不透明度有利的优质功能颜料及其最佳添加量范围的研究基础上,又从性能价格比方面进一步探讨颜料的搭配对不透明度的影响,结果得出了由高岭土、UFGCC和优质功能颜料组成的三元体系优越于由高岭土和优质功能颜料组成的双元体系的结论,其中UFGCC添加量为20份左右,煅烧土20~30份,钛白添加量为7.5份左右。
Because of the limitation of forest resources in China,most of the LWC base paper mainly contains straw pulp,and the opacity of the LWC paper is hardly to meet the end use requirement.Base on the study of functional pigments selection and their optimum dosages for the opacity,this paper focused on the evaluation of opacity benefit affected by the collocation of various pigments according to the ratio of performance to cost.The result showed that the ratio of performance to cost of'kaolin+UFGCC+one of the good functional pig-ments'collocation is superior to that of the'kaolin+the same good functional pigment 'collocation(the dosage of UFGCC is about 20pph,the dosage of the good functional pigment are around their appropriate dosages).
