Arrangement of Tail Heating Surfaces of Straw Black Liquor Recovery Boiler

碱炉燃烧麦草浆黑液时存在浓度和发热值低、粘度高的难点,提高供风温度是有效的解决办法。它可以强化炉内黑液干燥并实现无辅助燃料正常燃烧。对碱炉烟气-空气预热器不同的布置以及采取不同进风温度进行分析比较,认为采用空气预热器在前、卧式省煤器在后、进风温度50～80℃为最佳方案。

Rising the temperature of air supplied is an effective method against the problem of lower density,lower calorific value and higher viscosity of the straw black liquor which burned in chemical recovery boiler.This method can enhance the drying of black liquor in the furnace,realize normal combustion without adding auxiliary fuel.In this paper,several different layout plans that for air preheater,as well as different temperature of the air supplied for the boiler are compared and analyzed.The best plan for boiler is that the air preheater is placed in front of the horizontal economizer and the range of temperature of air supplied is50～80℃.
