In order to promote design regulation of overlay hollow core board components, the concept is presented in this paper. Furthermore, the concept is further expanded to the arrangement principles of inner sheathing for wood frames and the basic dimension requirements for fittings. Illustrations showing the function and methods of edge treatment are also presented. In conclusion, the ideal functions and perspectives are pointed out.
