七个巴西蘑菇菌株胞外酶活性的测定与分析

The Determination and Analysis of Ectoenzyme Coming From Seven Agaricus blazei Murrill Strains

研究了 7株巴西蘑菇菌株发酵液中的纤维素酶、漆酶、酸性蛋白酶、多酚氧化酶的活性。测定结果表明 :菌株Ab6的纤维素酶、漆酶活性高于其它 6个菌株 ,蛋白酶活性低于 7号菌株 ,多酚氧化酶活性低于Ab1,Ab2 ,Ab3,Ab4 ,Ab5等菌株 ;分析表明

The activity of cellulose, laccase, acid protease and polyphenol oxidase on seven strains of Agaricus blazei Murrill was studied. The result showed that the cellulose and laccase coming from the strain Ab6 were higher than the others. Protase's activity is lower than the strain Ab7 and Polyphenol oxidase activity is lower than Abl?Ab2?Ab3 ?Ab4?Ab5.The analysis indicats the strain Ab6 is the best one in the seven.
