南方大口鲇染色体G—带带型研究

STUDIES ON THE CHROMOSOMES G-BANDING PATTERN IN SOUTH CATFISH(S. Soldatovi meridionalis Chen)

本文应用外周血培养,空气干燥制片,胰酶—Giemsa技术显示南方大口鲇白血球细胞的染色体G—带。考察了其G带带型。在29对染色体中,每条染色体着丝点处均为无色带或浅带,染色体臂上有1—8条深带不等。其中最大一对中部着丝点染色体的短臂上有明显的随体,且表现为双随体形式。

This article devotes itself to the display and analysis of the G-band pattern in south catfish (S. Soldatovi meridional is Chen) chromosomes from cultivated lymphocytes prepared by air-drying and the pancreatin-Giem-sastain technique. As a result, it is discovered that the band in the centric region in each chromosome (in all 29 pairs) of a cell is colourless or light-coloured; there are 1 to 8 such bands with darker colour attached to its arm The first pair, the biggest one in the group, shows the feature of having two satellites on each short arm.
