摘要
采用焊接热模拟试验方法 ,研究了不同峰值温度 (Tmax)和不同冷却时间 (t8/ 5) ,对含Ti-N、Ti -Nb -N两种微合金钢热影响区 (HAZ)显微组织、奥氏体晶粒度、冲击韧性影响。试验结果表明 :Ti-N钢焊接热影响区比Ti-Nb -N钢具有更高的冲击韧性。
By means of welding thermal simulation,the effect of different peak temperature(T max )and cooling time from 800℃ to 500℃(t 8/5 ) on the microstructure,austenitic grain size,and impact tougness in HAZ of Ti-N steel and Ti-Nb-N steel was seriously studied in this paper.The results show that the impact toughness in HAZ of Ti-N steel is larger than that of Ti-Nb-N steel and the former is more suitable for large heat input than the latter.
