The Automatic Control of Heating Temperature of Case Induction Quenching

根据表面——体积淬火奥氏体化规范的要求 ,分析了感应加热过程中温度控制的特点和方式。

According to the requirement of austenization procedure in case induction quenching,the speciality and method of temperanture control in induction heating have been analysed and the techniques of temperature measurement by infrared ray light quide fiber and micro-processor control has been successfully applied to automatic control of permeating temperature in case quenching.
