On Relationship between Enterprise Development and Social Security System

在新的发展环境下 ,社会保障制度已成为影响企业发展的重要因素 ,针对这一问题 ,笔者就企业应如何应对这一新的制度环境 ,调整好自身的位置 ,采取相应的措施 ,这一企业发展所关心的重要内容 。

Focusing on the fact that social security has become one of the important factor influencing an enterprise' development, the author makes some analysis and exploration on such concerned matters such as how to cope with the new system and adjust its position and what actions to be taken by the enterprise.
