摘要
主要研究开发了钢管张力减径机减径过程的传统孔型、圆孔型、椭圆孔型的设计系统 ,研究了有关孔型设计过程的优化问题 ,成功地为钢管生产厂家提供一套张力减径机孔型自动设计系统 。
The design system of conventional pass,circular pass and elliptical pass for tension reducing process are studied.The optimal problem of pass design process is also studied.A system of pass design for tension reducing mill is triumphantly provided for the plant of tube production.The working efficiency and design reliability are efficiently raised.
