摘要
Cr1 2MoV钢在等离子渗氮的基础上 ,再在不同温度和气氛下采用等离子S N C复合处理工艺 ,在其表面形成一层硫的化合物层 ,通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和自制的划痕设备等对表面渗层的组织、性能以及它与基体的结合性能等进行了较详细的分析和探讨 ,指出了温度、气氛对表面渗层与基体结合强度的影响。
The sulfide layer with a certain thickness on the surface of nitrided Cr12MoV steel sample was formed by S N C plasma multifold composite treatment at different temperature,time and atmosphere.The property,microstructure and adhesion of the infiltrated layer were investigated by optical microscopy,SEM,EPA and homemade scratch tester.The results showed that the adhesion strength betwen the sulfide layer and the substrate was influenced by the temperature and sulphurous atmosphere.
