舰用GH984合金在不同环境中的腐蚀性能 被引量:9

摘要 研究了GH984合金在各种不同条件的抗腐蚀性能 .结果表明 ,该合金在 70 0℃、80 0℃和 90 0℃具有良好抗氧化能力 ,在不同热处理条件及焊接状态下的抗晶间腐蚀、抗海水腐蚀性能良好 ,均能满足高速舰船的使用要求 .在模拟舰船发动机海上运行环境下 ,合金抗海洋性气氛燃气热腐蚀性能在 90 0℃比GH135合金好 ,与GH140合金相当 ,由于合金Cr含量较高 ,远优于镍基高温合金K3. GH984 alloy is an anticorrosion iron-nickel-chromium base superalloy.The alloy may mainly be used as superheater and heat exchanger tube material for making of high-velocity and large-scale naval ships.The heat exchanger tube services at high temperature (700℃),high pressure (8.106 MPa) and in combustion gas in sea environment.The anticorrosion performance of the alloy has an important effect on the service life time of tubes.Thus the anticorrosion performance of the GH984 alloy in various environments has been investigated.The results show that its oxidation resistance is good at 700℃,800℃and 900℃.The intergranular and sea- water corrosion performance of the GH984 alloy after different heat treatments and welding is quite excellent.And the hot corrosion performance of the GH984 alloy at 900℃ in simulate engine operation condition on sea is better than GH135 alloy,similar to GH140 alloy and much better than K3 nickel base superalloy.
