稀土元素Ce和时效处理对Al-Li合金剥蚀性能的影响 被引量:1

INFLUENCE OF CERIUM AND AGING PROCESS ON EXFOLIATION CORROSION OF ALUMINUM-LITHIUM ALLOYS

摘要 研究了稀土元素Ce、时效处理以及Al-Li合金表面形成的贫化层对其剥蚀性能的影响 .结果表明 ,2 0 90合金中加入微量Ce可明显提高其耐剥蚀性能 ,但过量则有害 .因Al-Li合金的剥蚀抗力与时效过程中T1相析出有密切关系 ,所以在近峰值时效状态 ,合金的剥蚀敏感性较高 ,欠时效和过时效状态 ,合金的剥蚀敏感性较低 . The influence of cerium element,aging process and depletion layer existing on the surface of Al-Li alloy on the exfoliation corrosion of 2090 Al-Li alloy has been investigated.The results show that the exfoliation corrosion resistance of the alloy can be improved by cerium addition in 2090 alloy,but too much addition of cerium is harmful; as the exfoliation corrosion resistance relates closely to the precipitation of T1 phase during aging process,the exfoliation corrosion susceptibility of alloy in the near peak aging condition is higher,and however that in conditions under aging and over aging is lower,the depletion layer existing on the surface of Al-Li alloy can improve the exfoliation corrosion resistance.
