摘要
采用铸渗技术,根据正交试验法合理选择工艺参数,在球墨铸铁表面得到一层均匀、耐磨且与基体结合良好的高铬铸铁基碳化钨粒子增强复合层。结果表明,对表面复合层质量最有影响的是铁液的浇注温度;当WC含量为20%时,复合层与球墨铸铁的结合强度最高;与淬火65Mn钢和QT600-3相比,复合层耐磨粒磨损性能得以成倍提高,现场应用效果明显。
By using cast-penetrating technique,selecting process parameters according to the orthogo-nal experiment method,a uniform,wear-resistant and fast jointed with matrix hi-Cr cast iron-based tungsten carbide particles-strengthened compound layer was obtained on the surface of nodular iorn.The test result showed that pouring temperature had most obvious influence on the quality of the surface layer.When the WC content was of20%,the jointure strength between the compound layer and nodular iron reached the highest value.Com pared with quenched65Mn and QT600-3nodular iron,the abrasive wear-resistance of the compound layer increased doubly and the application effect was obviously improved.
