The most important problems to be pay attention were described and discussed includ-ing:enhancing quality of nodular iron crankshaft,material for cylinder head and dimension accuracy of cylinder head.In addition,the technical renovation of the foundry shop of Wuxi Diesel En-gine Works which was carried out to meet the requirements for the new generation diesel engine production was introduced.
