摘要
对金刚石厚膜和PCD复合片的显微组织进行了对比分析 ,用优化设计的金刚石厚膜和PCD端铣刀进行了切削试验 ,证明金刚石厚膜端铣刀可实现“以铣代磨”
The microscopic structures of diamond thick film and PCD composite film are analyzed. A cutting experiment is carried out by using diamond thick film and PCD end milling cutters which are designed optimally, it is proves that the ultraprecision machining with mirror surface can be realized by means of milling instead of grinding using the diamond thick film end milling cutter.
