摘要
分析了深孔件毛坯现行成形工艺造成材料利用率低、良品率不高的状况及原因,对该毛坯成形工艺进行了技术改造和工程优化,并进行了计算机数值模拟和工厂试验验证,二者结果相吻合,证明工艺优化方案是切实可行的。
This papet analyzes the causes of low material utilization and low product up-to-standard rate existing in the blank forming process of deep-hole work pieces.Technical improvement and process optimization have been made in the blank forming process and the numetical simulation and workshop experiment carried out successfully.The solution of process optimization has proved to be quite feasible.
