摘要
本组对52例脑血管病人作脑电功率谱及BEAM分析,发现CVD患者脑电功率谱及BEAM百分比功率左右明显不对称,功率均值阶差>3级.对CVD用百分比功率δ和θ,功率均值阶差>3级可较准确判定病变部位.与常规EEG比较,BEAM阳性率为90.4%,而常规EEG仅73%
The changes of BEAM in 52 patients with cerebrovascular disease were reported. The results showed that the percentage of power spectral in patient CVD with was asymmetrical between left and right brain,and the difference of the value of mean power was>3 grades on the corresponding area.The location of lerion could be identified exactly according to increasing the percentage of delta, thetaband, and difference of power speetral>3 grades on the corresponding areas with compare to normal person, the positive rate of BEAM ia patient with CVD was 90.4%, more than that of the result of routine EEG(73%).
