Heavy Responsibilities for Rural English Teachers' Training

农村中学英语教学是中学教育诸多学科中的弱项之一。英语学习困扰了许多学生 ,学生费时不少 ,成效不大。如何解决这个问题 ?培养出更多的高素质的英语教师是关键。这也是师范院校的职责。本文通过深入调查 ,总结过去培训农村教师的成功的经验 ,分析情况找出存在的问题 ,探索解决问题的新途径 ,使英语教学适应形势的发展。

English teaching in rural junior middle schools is one of the weak points in middle school education.English learning has long been a puzzle to mang students.They have spent much time on it,but their work is not efficient.How to solve the problem?It is the duty of a teachers'college.In order to make English teaching fit for the development,we have made a rural survey and summarized the successful experience in training rural English teachers.We have also analyzed the problems and tried to find out new ways to solve them.
