摘要
根据油田油气集输领域中油、气、水三相分离器中液位检测防爆要求的实际需要,开发研究了光纤浮球液位变送器.对该仪器的工作原理及各个部件的组成和功能做了详细的介绍.实测数据表明:该仪器在测量范围内(0~300mm)时,测量数据绝对误差在0~2mm之间;测试数据次数增加,绝对误差相对减小;仪器测量准确度高于1.5级.在油田现场试运行1个月的结果表明,该仪器各项性能指标完全符合要求;试用7个月外输原油稳定运行,平稳可靠.
A kind of fiber optic buoyancy level sensor is developed for meeting the needs of the measurement of the liquid level in oil gas water separators. The operating principle of the instrument and the functions of its components are introduced in detail. The measured results show that the absolute error of the instrument is 0~2mm in its measuring range(0~300mm), and the error will decrease when the times of measurement increases. Its accuracy is greater than 1.5 grade. The performance of the instrument is stable and reliable.
