摘要
Based on C/S and B/S, the pattern, techniques and characteristics of management information system (MIS) are discussed through the design and realization of teaching record management system for adult education college. Specially when the requirements of MIS vary greatly, the principle of the realizing MIS and data acquirement are emphatically discussed. It is held that B/S techniques should be used for traditional data processing tasks, the techniques of data acquirement for dynamic tasks, and B/S techniques for remote tasks.
