摘要
分析了上海石化股份有限公司生产的乙烯、丙烯和丁烯无规共聚物、国内其他厂家生产的和进口高密度聚乙烯的流变性能,对该共聚物与聚丙烯的复合纺丝和拉伸工艺进行了研究,并对复合纤维的热性能进行了表征,得出结论:这种复合纤维能满足热风粘合非织造布的加工要求。
The rheologic properties of four samples, including F800EPS, were analysed, the spinning and drawing processes of F800EPS/Y1600 fiber were studied, and the thermal properties of F800EPS/Y1600 fiber were characterized. The experimental results showed that the composite fiber could meet the processing requirements of heat - bondable non - woven fabrics.
