摘要 考察了可用于3-羟基丙醛加氢的固定床催化剂,对加氢反应的压力、温度、反应体系中各组分的变化和催化剂活性稳定性等进行了研究。在一段加氢温度为30~50℃、二段加氢温度为110~130℃左右、氢气压力为6MPa、3-羟基丙醛浓度为10%~15%的条件下,催化剂的选择性达到99%以上,3-羟基丙醛加氢转化率可达到100%。在此基础上又重新研制了一种新型的催化剂,初步评价其活性提高。 This paper examines fixed-bed catalysts available for 3 -hydroxy-propionaldehyde hydrogenation, and studies the effects of various factors such as hydrogenating pressure, temperature and component change, and the activity and stability of catalysts. When the temperature of the first-stage hydrogenation is 30-50℃,the second-stage 110-130℃ ,the hydrogen pressure 6Mpa and the concentration of 3-hydroxy-propionaldehyde 10% - 15% ,the experiment of 100 hours shows that the selectivity of catalysts is over 99% and the hydrogenation conversion of 3-hydroxy-propionaldehyde can reach 100%. Furthermore, another new catalyst is developed, which has been evaluated tentatively with improved activity.
