摘要
阐述了塑料空气老化试验箱改造前的机械构成和技术要求,并通过对控制方案的选择和控制装置硬件的比较,将计算机集中控制方案作为该控制装置的技术改造方案。改造后的试运行表明试验箱温控精度高、功能齐全、自动化程度高,达到了改造目的。
This paper explains the mechanical structure and technological requirements of air aging test chamber for plastics before modification. After selection of plans for control device and comparison of hardware, centralized control by computer is finally adopted as for this technological modification. The test-running after modification proves that the aim has been gained with proofs of more accurate temperature, complete functions and high automation.
